Cloudflare collects account, payment, log, cookie, network/traffic, and Network Data across multiple user categories, with third-party sales intelligence combined with collected data.

For example, we may combine information entered on a Cloudflare sales submission form with information we receive from a third-party sales intelligence platform vendor to enhance our ability to market our Services to Customers or potential Customers.

Cloudflare states it will not sell or rent personal information and shares data mainly with service providers, affiliates, and for legal compliance, though marketing/advertising partners may receive some data via cookies.

Users retain ownership of Customer Content but grant Cloudflare a broad worldwide, sublicensable license to use, copy, modify and create derivative works to the extent necessary to provide the Services.

Cloudflare reserves sole discretion to suspend or terminate accounts at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason at all, with no liability for such action.

Mandatory binding arbitration via AAA applies with a class-action and jury waiver, but a small claims carveout and 30-day opt-out-like notice/informal resolution process are included.

From: TERMS OF SERVICEyou and Cloudflare agree that any and all disputes arising in connection with this Agreement will be resolved by binding arbitration... YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT, BY ENTERING INTO THESE TERMS, YOU AND CLOUDFLARE ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.

Subscriptions auto-renew and fees are strictly non-refundable even for unused portions after cancellation, with Cloudflare reserving unilateral rights to change prices with 30 days notice.

From: TERMS OF SERVICEFEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE. YOU WILL BE BILLED IN FULL FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION TERM IN WHICH YOU CANCEL AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THE UNUSED PORTION OF SUCH SUBSCRIPTION TERM.
