Cursor collects account, payment, device, log, usage, cookie, and approximate location data, with standard analytics and no meaningful opt-out for most technical data collection.

Anysphere shares data with service providers, affiliates, and for legal/business-transfer reasons, but explicitly states it does not sell personal data or share it for targeted/cross-contextual advertising.

Users retain ownership of their Inputs, and Anysphere assigns any rights it might have in Suggestions back to the user; Anysphere commits not to use Content for AI training unless the user explicitly opts in.

Anysphere may suspend, modify, or discontinue the Service or a user's access at any time without notice for business or urgent reasons, though pro-rata refunds are given for non-breach terminations and an appeal process exists.

The Terms include mandatory binding arbitration via AAA with a class-action and jury waiver, but provide a 30-day opt-out window and a small claims court carveout, along with a court venue/governing law clause for non-arbitrable matters.

Subscriptions auto-renew and fees are non-refundable by default except as required by law, with cancellation required at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
