Hallow

Hallow collects account, payment, device, cookie, demographic, and optional address-book/health data, along with encrypted sensitive journal entries and AI inputs, with some opt-in/opt-out controls.

Personal Data including Advertising Data and Cookie Data is disclosed to Advertising Partners for marketing and behavioral advertising purposes, though the company states it does not sell data to brokers.

While most User Submission licenses are scoped to operating the service, Feedback and Other Submissions (including AI Feedback) are subject to a perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license permitting broad exploitation and AI model training, surviving account termination.

From: TERMS OF SERVICEyou grant Hallow a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, modify, display, perform, distribute, create derivative works and fully exploit your Feedback and Other Submissions, including any AI Feedback...including after the termination of your Account

Hallow may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion for any reason including breach, and account deletion may result in destruction of associated content.

The agreement imposes binding individual arbitration via JAMS with a class-action waiver and jury trial waiver, but includes a 30-day opt-out right and a small claims court carveout.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled, and all sales of Paid Services and Gift Cards are final with refunds granted only at Hallow's discretion.
