Ubisoft discloses displaying personalized advertising on partner sites using contact information, and allows users to consent to partners reusing personal data for more targeted advertising.

Ubisoft requires users to irrevocably assign all intellectual property rights in Derived UGC (content made using Ubisoft assets) to Ubisoft with no compensation, and takes a broad perpetual commercial license over Independent UGC as well.

From: TERMS OF SERVICEYou hereby irrevocably assign to us, with full title guarantee, without any obligation of payment, all Intellectual Property Rights and rights of use you may have over Derived UGC, on a worldwide basis and for the period of protection of each right.

Ubisoft may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion for breach or other reasons, generally with 30 days' notice, but no credit or refund is given for unused services or virtual currency upon termination.

From: TERMS OF SERVICEBefore closing your Account, we will provide you with a prior notice of at least 30 days, warning you about the impending closure, its consequences, and detailing the steps you can take to keep it open, should you wish to do so.

US users are subject to mandatory binding arbitration via AAA with a class-action waiver, but the terms include a small-claims court carveout and an arbitration-agreement opt-out.

From: TERMS OF SERVICEANY AND ALL DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND UBISOFT SHALL BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION AND BROUGHT ONLY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS PART OF A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 16 OF THIS AGREEMENT.

Ubisoft Virtual Currency and redeemed content are non-refundable except where required by law, a limitation disclosed as standard within the terms.
