Tinder takes a perpetual, transferable, sublicensable license to user content including an exclusive license over derivative works created via AI Technology, and explicitly uses user content to train AI models that 'cannot thereafter unlearn.'

Tinder can suspend, terminate, or ban accounts without a refund and without prior notice at its sole discretion, and terminated users are not entitled to a refund for purchases made.

Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled, and purchases and Virtual Items are generally final and non-refundable with no compensation for unused items upon account closure, though certain jurisdictions have mandated refund windows.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT TINDER IS NOT REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A REFUND FOR ANY REASON, AND THAT YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE MONEY OR OTHER COMPENSATION FOR UNUSED VIRTUAL ITEMS WHEN AN ACCOUNT IS CLOSED, WHETHER SUCH CLOSURE WAS VOLUNTARY OR INVOLUNTARY.
