For public routes and segments, user-created clubs, and support-channel posts, the content license is perpetual and Strava may continue to store and use the content after account deletion.

Strava may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately suspend or terminate accounts or access to the Services; the listed causes are expressly non-exhaustive.

The parties agree that arbitration will be conducted only in their individual capacities and not as a class action or other representative action.

Strava provides no refunds or credits unless they are set out in the Terms.
